Super windows
These are fantastic little windows. Keep in mind they are not high end house windows. They are single pain she’s windows. But the are good quality for what they are. I would recommend them

The windows were fine. Exactly what I wanted. But each window was etched with "Tempered Glass". the etching is filled in with white paint. I don't mind the etching but want to clean the white paint from the etching. I sent the company email about this and Theresa Slack responded be saying she didn't know how to do it and she had never been asked this before. I can understand that, BUT, she never offered to follow up and get me the information I requested. Very lazy customer service.

Very nice simple window
I really like these windows. They came packaged nicely and ready to go. I installed them in a jiffy. I don't like that the grids are on the outside of the single pane of glass, so they will be a bit of a pain to clean I think. It may be worth it to pay extra to get double pane with the grids in the middle if you can find them.
