GREAT VALUE! Before we ordered them, our coontractor said, "They must be wood for that price!" When they arrived they were beautiful! They were Aluminum! He, and two other independent, visiting contractors, were amazed. One told us, "If you don't use them for this project, KEEP THEM!" Don't let them go!" THAT'S GOOD ENOUGH FOR US! Highly recommend this product.

Fixed 12" X 12" Square Window With Tempered Glass
I searched online extensively for affordable basic windows for my homemade garden shed. These seemed like the best bet. I was concerned that the low price meant poor construction, but I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived intact, on time and seemed sturdy. I had pre-made the 2x4 frames for them based on the stated 12-1/4" rough opening, and that was perfect. I just popped them in, screwed in a few places and they were ready to mount to the studs. Time will tell how they hold up to the weather in very wet and sometimes windy western Oregon. That uncertainty is the only reason I rated them 4 instead of 5.
