Note: if your have to get a stem longer than needed you can cut the stem down to the right size using a hacksaw.

Great product and Service
I received a quality product in a reasonable amount of time. I would only suggest a simple instruction sheet. I used several drill bits before I found the right size.

I have to change lock sets often at my business and locating the long shank T-handles has been a real trial. I live and work in a rural area and cannot find this product locally or even in the larger cities in this part of the country. I ordered this product and requested Keyed Alike sets.
