Product and shipping
Product seems great and would have given 5 stars BUT not sure who is to fault box did have do not bend written on it in marker but when o received it both ends of threshold were bend I had to use a pliers to straighten them backnout.

Was disappointed to see the plate was damaged upon delivery. Going to attempt to straighten the bent metal before installation.
