18 x 27 vertical slider
Easy installation and smooth sliding. The window easily locks in place if you want to leave it fully or partially open. I cannot attest to weather tightness because it was just installed. I think caulking the edges should seal it fine. Buy a lot of screws for installation because you will need them if you use all of the pre-drilled holes. Using every other hole should work fine, but it is tough to leave a hole empty if you are a perfectionist.

I am building a chicken coop and needed a window that was of good quality, yet inexpensive. I've found it with this window. I couldn't be happier with this window. The rough opening size listed on the website was spot-on. The window fit right in!!
